I would like to say thanks to Victor for his honest and professional business , I had been to the Ford dealer , Chicane tuning and a Tire dealer trying to find out what was wrong with my 2006 Ford GT Mustang with no help on finding the problem. They all told me it was different problems which cost alot just for them to check car (labor) etc. No problem could be found by them, but Victor at Lions Automotive did a great job in finding the problem and was very honest explaining what was being done and had the problem fixed. I will always be using Lions Automotive in the future and would recommend to all with any car problems.

Finally found a place I can trust to take care of my baby and not rip me off!
Hate to run with the stereotype, but it seems like a lot of auto repair shops try to sell me parts and services that are unnecessary just because I’m a woman and therefore have no idea what goes on under the hood of that car-thingy I drive to buy shoes and makeup omgz lol
Bob at Lion’s Automotive was extremely pleasant to deal with and just a very cool person in general. He discussed the services I requested without talking down to me or using a lot of jargon to try to confuse/impress me.
My baby was ready to be picked up when they said he would be, and he seems happy and healthy.
Best part: the actual price for the work was lower than what Bob quoted when I dropped my car off…yippee!
And the free shuttle service was pretty awesome too, since my ride bailed on me at the last minute :D

I have patronized Lion’s Automotive for over ten years. Never have I been charged for work that was not necessary. The estimates have always been accurate and if additional work was required, I was notified via the telephone and either authorized the work or declined. The work is efficient and within industry guidelines. I have been notified of other problems through its thorough examination of the whole car. My family has six automobiles and each of us has Lion’s do the necessary work. Lion’s is our consistent recommendation to friends and other family members.
By Patricia R I Trust Lion’s Automotive
I travel 100 miles to take my car to Victor at Lion’s automotive. Any time I know my car needs servicing, I visit my daughter and take my car to Victor. I know I can trust him, and he is not going to rip me off. He tells me exactly what my car needs, and give me a great price. They really do have a beautiful waiting room, right out of the pages of a magazine. I’ll never take my car anywhere else.

I typically like to hold judgment or reviews for that matter on a shop that have done major work on a vehicle until at least a year or so has passed.
In the meantime, I want to mention that my experience here at Lions Automotive has been amazing up to this point. As a AAA approved shop, I have full confidence in their integrity, quality of work and service.
Over a few weeks ago, my wife’s Ford Explorer was not starting upon ignition and I decided to take the car into another AAA approved shop nearby to diagnose. The other shop estimated the cost of new gas valves, spark plugs, fuel injection, air filter, and labor costs to be around $735. We thought the price to be a bit high, so I called Lions Automotive. Victor Leon, the owner was very courteous and forthright over the phone. He estimated the same service less any diagnostic fees (unnecessary for us since the other shop had already done so) to be around $544, almost $200 less!
We subsequently had the Explorer towed to Lions that same day. What I noticed first off was how clean and majestic the lobby was. I felt I was touring a model home in an upscale neighborhood. The bathroom itself is immaculate and is not what I have expected to see in an auto mechanic shop. There are complimentary cold refreshments and coffee available for those waiting for their car. Lions uses genuine Ford parts and my wife’s car was ready in about 2 days. So far the car is working well.
If you’re looking for a simple oil and filter change, it’ll cost around $38. Diagnostic fees are $78.
I’ll be back to update my review in due time, but I’m a very satisfied customer today. Our sincerest compliments to Victor and his staff.
