Victor2 - CopyHello, my name is Victor Leon. I am the owner of Lions Automotive. I’ve been involved with automotive repair since 1978 as a freshman in high school. After high school I moved on to LA Trade Tech and graduated with a degree in Automotive Technology. From LA Trade Tech I worked for a small independent garage (Rick’s Automotive in Hollywood) then moved on to General Motors, Cadillac, and Ford Dealerships. I continued my education through factory training in both Domestic and Foreign auto repair and maintenance. Finally I’ve acquired certification as an ASE Master Technician in all makes and models.

February 1, 1990— A Dream Come True!

With the help and encouragement of good friends I took a chance and ventured out on my own and thus the grand opening of Lions Automotive. Some of you may remember it as Lions Den Automotive (previous name). We started with one 500 sq. foot bay, one floor jack, and one tool box. Where we lacked in equipment we made up in ambition. Now Lions Automotive is a sprawling 4000 sq. ft., 4 technicians, AAA approved shop with an excellent customer satisfaction index score. We are also part of A/C Delco and Motorcraft education programs.  These programs provide us the opportunity to further our training. Our technicians continue to further their training on both domestic and import vehicles. This year we will start our training on the latest hybrids–the future is now!! This enables us to stay updated regarding your vehicle’s needs.  This alone pushes us to use technology that has all current diagnostic equipment available.

Oh, one other fun thing! Remember  Bogies Corner on the channel 2 News? They recruited AAA to find 5 of the best master technicians in the Los Angeles area to answer phone calls from viewers. I had the privilege to be one of the 5 master technicians. What a blast! My debut on television, what could possibly be next?

Our Beliefs

We at Lions Automotive have built our business and our reputation on earning our customer’s trust with honesty and integrity. We will never forget that the customer is the reason Lion’s Automotive is in business and will constantly strive to gain and maintain each other’s trust and confidence.

Honesty is imperative and critical to our success. Exceptional customer service is the foundation of our business. Trustworthy work is always done right the first time. We will provide clear and accurate estimates of repair to our customers.  After the problems have been defined, work will begin with customer authorization. We will prioritize recommended vehicle services and repairs to our customers in safety, progressive damage, and recommended maintenance.  We will not recommend services or repairs that are without benefit to our customers and their vehicles.  We will serve each customer the way we would like to be served if we were the customer.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship and materials with a nationwide warranty. Parts and labor are covered for 12 months or up to 12,000 miles— whichever comes first.  If your vehicle is more than 25 miles away, and covered under our warranty, please call (310) 787-9760 to locate the nearest warranty repair facility. Authorization must be obtained prior to any warranty repair work. Repairs preformed without authorization will not be reimbursed. Warranty will be limited to reimbursement up to the amount of the original service or repair.
